Unfortunately, most shareholders AND investors seem to be taking your stance. I must agree, after 40+ years of trading, REVERSE STOCK SPLITS are NOT a good thing in the pink sheet stocks oin the handful I have personally experienced. They NEVER or almost NEVER recover and Scott G. is FULLY AWARE of this.

Should he make the decision to perform one, if he DOESN'T have a " deal " on the table to sell the company, everyone better know EXACTLY where this PPS will be going because Scott does!!

On the " flip side " we all saw what happened when we had that little " burp " to .0077 earlier this year. Not one thing from SG or anyone to get it there. IMO, quite a few are holding at this point with the exception of one or two " investors " dumping to get what they can due to lack of TRUST in good ol SG!

Can you blame them? Guess we will ALL see just how Scott will be ending 2014 as to financial stability of the company. I for one DO NOT see it since he is so quick to hand out BILLIONS of shares and dilute shareholders equity so freely.
