They claim: We have already started on the ground and aerial mapping and surveying of the property, is that false?
Have you seen any surveyors out there setting white aerial panels that look like a + sign on the ground similar to these but with 18" rebar and 1-3/4" stamped aluminum caps set flush with the ground in the center?
