I had some questions about those fins and inquired. Mr. Manzo was quite forthcoming and answerred without delay. Thise fins were prepared by a CPA.

Btw, a/s is 950 MM, o/s is 456.5MM of which 137.3MM is restricted. Of the 300MM freefloating o/s, i'd say half is held by bagholders which means that this stock does rock when the wind blows in the right direction. And rock it will in the first weeks of 2015!
