Why is the company still doing retail? There is no added value coming from the store presence. They make 70k gross sales (before discounts and returns) and pay 57k for rent expense. Add a good amount of wage expense and utilities for the stores, and these are just loss-making units.

Instead, company should close the stores, move the warehouse outside LA, reduce the workforce and focus on online sales. Would save massively on overhead expenses.
