Ive researched about as much as could and noticed their securities or common if thats what u mean would not survive, however this was before marcus lemonis and fischer enterprises purchased the business and in the more recent news i could not where any common or securities did not survive.

I understand after watching many of marcus lemonis' shows he is good to investors.
