You guys obviously don't understand how the note system works. Notes work like oil leases. They can be chopped up and resold many times like the Asher notes, but the name that appears in the filings will always be Asher interprises. The only reason we know that Asher is actually Kurt is because he exceeded 10% ownership a number of times and was required to disclose. Hill has not done a 504 or 505. No names of holders of less than 5% will appear unless they're an NOBO. 5-10% holders will appear as "LLC". I can assure you after being sued by 3 mothers of my children even my family won't know what I own till I die. My real name will NEVER appear in a filing nor will I ever be an NOBO.
