O/S is over 7 billion. Over 9 billion fully diluted according to last Form 4 filing(footnote #4 bottom table). And I may be wrong, but billions more coming when adding in recent lawsuit settlement. Couple of million dollars worth more in fact.
Float is over 6 billion according to OTC website , and that figure hasn't been updated in quite a while.
