wil - please do show us the proof Doc PSS said he will do an IPO! He has never said IPO regarding the NANT platform that we can find! Doc PSS can be verified stating "will be taken public" and "Go Public" in the Forbes Healthcare Summit 2013 and this year DEC 2014. The links are in my sticky post at the top of this thread if one cares to take the time to watch.
The Doc started his KEYON Holdings (KEYO) envision 3 years ago. He did what it took to setup KEYO for a clean shell state, still PUBCO and trading. Which was made ready for a reverse merger play this year. Why?! IMO - The Doc always had plans to take the NANT platform public. He's now ready to take the NANT platform public. I truly believe the KEYO shell will be used to take the Parent Company NANT-Works PUBCO! Then the 9 wholly owned subsidiaries as tracking stocks, starting with NANT-Health.
Then when you consider why the Doc is doing this - to drastically improve the Healthcare Ecosystem of exchanging information - Globally! Yes I do see a Paradigm Shift in the Global Healthcare Ecosystem - SOON!
Do we know this for sure, of course not! That would be insider information and illegal! But announcing an IPO is possible, which has NOT been done!
You said "should be SOON" - which I agree, should be SOON!
BUT....
If the Doc were going to IPO ("should be SOON") the NANT platform (one or multiple LLC's), the process would of already started and we would have proof by now! IMO - Doc PSS would of stated coming out of his mouth - IPO and at the DEC 2014 Forbes Healthcare Summit he would of said just that! He stated "Go Public", which does NOT mean only IPO, come on! It can take up to a year, and sometimes more for an IPO process! The Doc is ready NOW, and yes, we will ALL know SOON!
AGAIN! We have always stated to show valid factual proof of both sides of KEYON Holdings (KEYO). So far we can only find good DD with facts that show very good signs we will witness the BEST EVER RTM in history! This information has been posted on the KEYO board to share with others to make their OWN investment decisions.
We would greatly appreciate some factual information with links that back-up an IPO opinion. There's nothing wrong with an IPO opinion, but where's the proof???
I'm not talking about article "views" of a journalist, blogger, etc.! As that's their opinion of what might take place! Or some cut'n'paste supposed email from TW, which can be altered!
I too personally can't wait and SOON we will ALL know for sure!
