Also, with the complaints sent to Finra and SEC, the Nevada SOS needs to be notified that Price and Victor did this illegal r/s with Finra as the entity is incorporated and structured in the state of Nevada. Sure, they could have filed in Nevada to do it the proper way and we would be just as screwed. However, they failed to follow procedure and should have their Nevada SOS license PERMANENTLY revoked and the entire matter really needs to be investigated.
