Fact. Patents are real. Absolutely, and here is the but however,where is any proven value. Where is there any proof that they are in any way foundational to today's market and needs. How many patents are cast each and every day to lie useless for eternity.
Fact. They are sought by Fortune 500 companies. Name one. Name one Fortune 500 company that has indicated anywhere and in anyway whatsoever that they seek VPLM's patents. I think here you would point to Microsoft. In response I would then ask, how many patents do Microsoft file each year and part two if and if they thought they had missed out on a patent that was pivotal then why oh why has there been no offer to date. It leads one to only assume that it was just one of a bunch of patents they filed for as a nice to have but oh well.
Fact. The BOD is flawless. Then please talk with regard Mr Chang and Mr Inza, qualifications posted that appear more purchased than earned. Then Malik himself who claimed to have had the idea for Avitar until the court date and that is flawless?
Fact. There has been some bizarre issuing of stock.
Fact. Sawyer has stood down.
Fact. The BOD have not accomplished what they informed us they would do this year.
Fact. There have been no infringement letters posted
Fact. The stock slumps.
Fact. The patents remain unknown and not discussed.
Fact. There has been no marketing
Fact. Fact the BOD claim they are only now being introduced to Fortune 500 companies with no details.
Fact. There would have to be no blackout on saying we have approached and are in communication with the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Google, exciting times.
Fact. There is no firm, tangible news.
