Hate to burst anyone's bubble but tax loss selling is the volume mover, not conviction in anything positive in the future. Most of the shares dumped will never be rebought as this tempered down from $.55 to sub-nickel-land.

The auditors got it right. Going concern warning. Well justified, IMHO.
