Someone on yahoo posted the news a few hours before admd did. That person had appeared on the board on the 15th talking about big things coming. The grants news was apparently made publicly available on the 15th in a research grant newsletter of some sort. That's when it was considered made public because if you knew to read the grant news you would of known. My best guess is that is when admd learned about. They have 4 days to report such news and they took the full four days. Probably pointing friends to the now public news. No law broken, but sucks for those of who missed the no brainer opportunity before news was widely known. I have seen things like this happen before. It never entered my head wa state would give them yet more grant money so I can't beat myself up about not trying to follow that sort of news. They still have to come up with another million a year to stay alive so probably more dilution. But this was definitely a lifeline. It the product can be commercialized for vet use to bring in revenue then it could be the turn around point.
