Here's the answer,

"When you make a website, they give you a limit on how much bandwidth can be used per month. That is, how many megabytes people can download from the website in a month. The owner can pay for more, to let more people come to their site in a month, or less if it is lower traffic. Looks like too many people have already been to the site in this month. Either contact the owner of the site and request that they upgrade their deal with their server, or wait until next month."

Basically the web traffic all of December must have been insane and they now need a larger bandwidth package.

Gotta love knowing the website basically went down because TOO MANY people were WATCHING!
