I would think at some point in the bearish oil scenario, the investors ROI would become marginal and the SOG wouldn't be able to get investors at all, or it would a lot more difficult. But I'm just guessing.

As the market showed us last week, $54 was a nice support level:

Another one I'm invested in gave an interesting update. They said they are ceasing new drillings and only doing cheaper workovers until the price recovers.

If oil goes below $50, I'd guess new drills would slow significantly. I also wonder if the tanker trade will be back where tankers are rented, filled with crude and parked at sea... That would help the market recover I'd think...

All just my simpled minded comments, but would appreciate the experts opinion about these comments.
