Looks like I was wrong -- Seneca didn't get shit apparently, not even attorney fees as both sides are paying their own, and I see no SEC filing mentioning a MATERIAL settlement (which would be required if it were actually material).

I thought PTOI would have at least paid for the fat man's legal fees. Oops -- I was wrong on that. As called:

There isn't even a remote farfetched chance in Hades of Seneca getting $1.5 million or anything even remotely close.

The mere fact that Seneca wanted to subpoena Hans Brost of all people tells us right there the dude was grasping at straws and getting his butt kicked. My guess is he settled for attorney fees only and his attorney jumped at it with great relief.

PS -- the settlement isn't official until signed off by the judge.
