One reason that I want to build for sustainability rather than a "large" lifestyle. I would love to set up a property that could support just about everything that I need. Energy and food. And possibly water.
I feel that the next crash will be MUCH harder. I've pretty much learned the art of downsizing. I want to be able to live on almost nothing, and enjoying it.
But I need that setup money.
