I'm out now but how exactly did you get boned here? You explained in a previous post how you made good money here and I did as well on this repetitive run.

Was it the miracle stock everyone was claiming, no. But that's the typical game here, claim a stock will go to pennies and then flip it endlessly to make profits on 50-100% runs while everyone is reaching for the stars.

As far as now doubting the validity of the stock and company, who cares? Most OTC stocks are scams and make people profits daily. It's always best to not look behind the curtain because the biggest scams are usually the best runners. Funnily enough, it's the legitimate ones that take longer to run because they aren't pumped by scammy CEOs.

As far as questioning the dilution, true market value, etc. Same thing applies. OTC stocks are an upside down universe where stocks that have no revenues and no chance go to pennies while stocks that have a real business languish at sub penny levels.

This one has been the heaviest pumped stock I've seen in a while and I'm surprised that with all of that, it only managed to move to mid 20s and then kept crashing back down. Still a great play for a while though.

No way would I go long on a stock like this one so best of luck to anyone doing that (if that is really what you are doing and it's not for pumping sake).

It's not the end for this one either. I personally think it will fall back to trips but then there will be some big runs in the New Year when their "story" unfolds once again. They've enlisted this PR company for a reason, they want to pump the stock big time in the future.
