there was a lot of good stuff on the call

No, there wasn't. Hollis was going to start the bank of marijuana a year ago.......he has yet to recognize a single dollar of revenue.....girl scouts without girlscout cookies can make revenue faster than this obvious fraudster.....

Truth is that he hasn't been paid in years.

"Daniel W. Hollis, CEO of Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. has a balance owing to him of $336,845 and $257,056 as of September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, respectively, related to cash advanced to the Company for general corporate uses and for unpaid management fees for services performed and reimbursable expenditures incurred. On September 26, 2012, Mr. Hollis agreed to convert $10,000 of the balance owed to him into common shares of the Company, at prevailing market rates for other such conversions at the time. As shares were unavailable for issue, no expense was recognized for the quarter. "

Oh wait, right below that is says this.....let's all squint to find the truth....

The fraud is so obvious, only a blind person trying not to see it would not recognize it. Do I actually have to spend the 15 seconds of effort it would require to point out that Hollis was being paid according to the filings?..... and then suddenly claimed that he wasn't?

What are the terms of the $10,000 note that Jesus aka Hollis loaned the company?

We don't know because the whole thing is a fraud.

Plain and simple.

Why did the company go dark?

. I think it took huge balls for Hollis to even host it

The one thing we agree on, for different reasons.
