It seems there are two listings in the Deposit Chills list I checked. The original belongs to old Dan Cooper from back in 2012. The latter one month after the formal name and cusip change / acquisition by Crednology..

216663104 COOPER HOLDING CORPORATION COHO 08/22/12

22547L107 CREDNOLOGY HLDG CORP COHO 06/07/13

Could be ole Dan Cooper forgot to mention that the chill existed when he sold the shell to Rusty and is getting a good laugh now...Or some folks are prohibited from depositing their shares for sale, Who knows???

As I read the logic of DTC for the Deposit Chill, the trigger is the deposit of large number of new shares into DTC. So the lock would prevent additional shares from entering the freely transferable pool at DTC...

DTC Says...

Where DTC determines, based on suspicious large-share deposit volumes, that securities deposited at DTC for book-entry services may not be freely transferable, DTC may impose a Deposit Chill, preventing further deposits until the issuer convincingly demonstrates that the securities are freely transferable.

Get the money when the opportunity arises. If you want to sit on it and let the opportunity pass you by well then that is your decision.
