I'm not absolutely sure. However, they have 45 days from the end of the quarter to file normally. That would put the deadline on December 15 and it includes weekends. Why would the 5 day extension be any different? This is one reason I don't buy into this file on Friday superstition. Some companies may just need the extra time.
