hey gold,

as a long term investor on ndol, i disagree...i'd rather see them reject the offer and continue on their business as usual because i feel that i can make more money because they have proven reserves..even just to wait til the end of year and if want to sell this company we will be worth more than to whatever they will trying to offer now..it could triple the value...if they will try to sell it now , then imo i feel like we as a shareholders will lost half for what ndol is worth..i dont care about the dips here and there because its part of the market..
