It means that if your looking to turn a quick profit good luck, may take 2 years to see any PPS rise here. could turn into a good stock but they don't appear to be in any kind of hurry to release any dates on this "stock dividend release" which is the only thing i am waiting for. because that is just a Glorified Reverse split when that happens.
