If your co. Is halted, regardless of the reason and whether you werepart of the company at the time, as CeO it is your job to inform and update shareholders (or the PR persons job, which i doubt they have one). He has said nothing about the halt, or during it, for 6 months. That is being a bad CEO. Yes its not easy to inherent a mess of a company and get halted for something u didnt do- but he took the position. And its not hard to type out a few PRs and post thm on ihub. We all know people have been emailing him. So far, he hasnt done a very good job his last 6 months. No transperency is a very bad sign. I have been here for almost a year, so you can only hope that they get the business model back on track. I thought there was a Pr about the new bottling contracts or something recently but i cant find it, thought that provoked the jump to 002 a month ago.
But still, being quiet during that whole halt was enough for me. It just randomly started trading on, we were all in the dark for longer than ive ever been in the dark, in these situations, without a peep. If he can improve that, maybe, but PRs are the energy for junky pink stocks. Without prs this thing wont attract any new interest, and just be subject to dilution at some point.
