My DD says the Brand name bank is CHASE!

I went back and listened to the Sionic interview regarding their launch with Amazon and MYEC in January. Two things stood out to me.

They were very specific on the rewards % tiers and that the major bank brand would have a new product "stored value acccount".

After a lot of research and recently approved patents, my deduction is Chase.
