There won't be an RS.

Soon enough, a billion shares won't be enough. 1.5 billion won't be enough either.

SLTD will gain the required credentials through normal growth and income, even without the 3D cell. $100 million next year is the planned income and I believe that it will be near that number. We will accrue some debt to make it happen, but JN will make sure debt doesn't get out of hand.

Don't be surprised when SLTD dangles the 7.5 million share milestone carrot in front of the leaders over at MDE and the other two companies he will find. He may offer 75 million shares in that fashion by the end of next year. I'll make a prophecy right now that there will be people calling that move more delusion "blah blah whatever".

The SP will go above a dollar, never to see pennies again. We will get our uplisting next year, followed by a stock split within the next 4 years.

Longs are holding over 150 million shares or more right now. With each acquisition that sentiment will double. Once we triple that number, whales will come and suck up the rest.

Of coarse, you'll have the traders causing the chart to look like a roller coaster between now and then. When all of the day traders and weak hands are out of the picture, looks like .165 is the rock bottom floor of this thing for right now. No one is venturing to sell below that with everything the way it is with the financials.
