CBW, it seems that there is utter confusion about this company.

Any company whose name begins with "Kunming" is not FIRST CHINA PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP. One more thing--any company that is hiring people by the dozens and is releasing information publicly--even in Chinese- is not FIRST CHINA PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP.

FCPG is listed only in one place-- in the USA and can only provide private information and financial information in a formal way by using the Marcum Bernstein accounting firm and with the approval of legal counsel.

Any action that Wang might be taking without informing shareholders, but being printed in the Chinese press or internet is illegal and I don't believe that Wang is doing that. Or if he is doing those things that would explain why the legal firm in Sacramento probably dropped this company.

Wang seems to have reached a level of understanding about legal business practices of an exchange listed company that defy comprehension--at this point he seems to be on his own and we are left to cope with whatever unknown development affects the PPS of this stock. In my opinion anything dealing with the other Kunming company mentioned on this board is not the same as FCPG! Some of you who know what I am saying should try to contact Mark the surfer and ask him to take another trip to Kunming and get some real answers for everyone on this board.
