I don't know about anyone else, but I only have my eye on dividend shares of Kiliwa Mining. And I not saying that is going to happen. As far as I am concerned, CWRN does not exist. But it was "fun" while it lasted. A real shame though, ultimately what happened. A waste. Even if CWRN would have persevered, it would have been a very difficult iron ore market.

"our cwrn shares stay the same - the PR was just about a dividend of kmg shares -which depending on what brad does in the future could be worth something"
The CWRN shares will remain the same, WORTHLESS!!!
The PR was more then just about a dividend, and into a private company at that. The next step is for CWRN to just disappear. CWRN has ZERO assets.
Kiliwa Mining Group, US, Inc. (KMG) which will hold the stock of the Mexican subsidiary mining Company Panamerican Minerals S.A. de C.V.
There is no paperwork that Brad could do to make CWRN worth anything, ever again. For him to complete this reverse split or dividend or to even trade again he would have to file financials and that would be impossible for him or even Cotton to do without going to prison again.
