why do investors post DD????………..so the world can see what HABITS or TACTICS are used

thank god for the regulators who DEMAND transparency versus the executives who REFUSE to describe their SHARE management at all

no need to complain about 5yrs ago, its Nov Oct Sept 2014 RECORDkeeping that supports the DD about INCC's dilution

whats interesting about the 27M shares SELL is that it disposed of 95% of the INCC CEO's holdings

the LEOPARD was this type of CEO in 2010, the same LEOPARD as now…………caveat emptor
