So I'm supposed to believe that PPHM is going to enroll 600 patients and complete SUNRISE faster than Bayer completed their phase 3 sorafenib trial with more locations, more credibility, more resources, more doctors, etc.

All I see is "estimated, approximately, etc". The 2nd look-in will be in November 2016 IMO. If we're talking about the trial going past the 2nd look in, probably late 2017.
