Do you dispute the facts that were mentioned? Do you believe they were characterized in a manner unfair to MJNA? Do you feel the conclusions drawn by the author were biased against MJNA and not supported by the facts?
If not, how exactly is that article a "hit piece"?
Face it Doc, this is just (yet another) failure of MJNA corporate governance. They borrowed $980K, defaulted on the loan(s) and had to get their asses sued to make them repay. And because of that they have already coughed up the better part of 6 million dollars worth of their stock and may still be on the hook for additional penalties and court costs.
Yes, this is most defiantly not "good news" for MJNA shareholders but what I don't understand is why you seem to be trying to shift blame from the people responsible for this failure to the person reporting on it.
