Jenga,

In response to your below, recommend to never get attached to a BOD or CEOs.

Reason I say this is because many high profile Board members have allowed companies to make awful decisions, and it really depends on how active the BOD is and whether they insert influence or power.

Grano is the CEO and chairman (I believe) which isn't always the best thing as it can lead to a conflict of interest, independent chairman are always preferred.

Sorry for posting on IWSY but in response to Walk

RTNB's Board includes- John Casmiditis (Billionaire supermarket mogul)
General Wesley Clark
Grano (CEO too) - former UBS Chairman and CEO recently named CEO of Root9b
Harvey Pitt- former SEC chair

Now the Rear Admiral joined mgmt team.....

Team is STACKED w/ heavy hitters...... with serious US gov't contacts. i believe this board and mgmt team would not join a speculative micro cap unless a solid achievable business plan is in place....

what would be the point of this team joining a $100MM mirco cap with negative cash flow? they wouldn't want to waste their time and wouldn't want to deal w/ the embarrassment of bankruptcy..

add an emerging need for cyber security for fortune 500 companies (i.e. Sony) and the gov't is deriving a cyber assessment, this could pop nicely..
