Nope, the HC application is based on the SITE and the FACILITY, as well as the backgrounds of the people. Everything in the application is predicated on the specific facility and site.
It is entirely back to square one - requiring a new site, facility, and thus a whole new application.
Lakeshore town council has made it extremely clear that it's not going to be making an exception for FITX/CEN - not just to their zoning, but also not to all the MMJ specific requirements they just imposed on MMJ facilities even if they meet zoning - and the Rear Road fails not only on the zoning dsignation, but also on numerous additional requirements specific for MMJ facilities and parcels.
