Exactly! This stock could be halted any day because of this and the SEC has already issued a warning about marijuana companies like these. I'm sure they are still keeping an eye on what's going on with the sector. Especially since they actually APPROVED an S-1 for a different company to RAISE FUNDS to be used to build marijuana facilities. I was thinking about trading this for a little pop earlier in the week but now I really wouldn't be surprised if it gets halted.
