Spanky, I respectfully disagree with the above statement. Again, I would refer you to the page 8 of this document http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=64486268. All these Non-Tangiers "small notes" amounted to 12 billion at trip 1.
Yes, some converted at a higher price, but without going through all the filings to calculate what debt was converted at what price, I think it is safe to assume that all these small notes, if converted, would equate to at least 8-9 billion.
The only thing that will slow done is dilution, is no buying.
