I think the volume will increase quite a bit and we will have more movement once those bonds are closed and we break ground. That's when the bigger eyes start looking in. Day /weekly traders are not the ones that are going to keep momentum. Although they can move it temporarily I (and I am assuming others ) are in it for a longer haul. The other thing to note is what do big time investors look for assuming they do invest but have the whole day trader ordeal running your numbers. As of right now that is not happening so hopefully the big guns will come with the closing of those bonds. Few months!
