LMAO - Brian, it's OK for the President of a company to be compensated.

I believe what Mr. Araya is saying is that his "compensation" was in restricted shares that were rendered worthless following Paul Taylor's illicit forged conversion oders. And oh yes - two reverse splits in four months totalling 1:990,000.

Gosh, you really have nothing solid to post, do you!

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
