I'm still not too worried as this company's stock price is in the "teens" mostly because of the pending SEC investigation and if the legal stuff wasn't around we would probably still be higher than we are, even with oil as low as it is. If the legal stuff gets resolved in the next 6 to 12 months, we might enjoy the stock price rising along with the oil prices!
