Regardless of what theory you believe in...this ticker is only good for flipping, IMO.

Type in the phrase "Bayside pump & dump" and see what you find.

This company is pulling everyone's chain. I believe that they brought the guys in who own the Bitcoins just to lure people into buying their shares. They have never reported one good thing with their oil. (That proved to be true in their fillings.) If you research the oil fields in Duvall County Texas, it is know that they produce more dry holes than productive ones. Dig deep my man and trade accordingly.

I bet they send out a notice telling you what went wrong and why things are not going good in the oil fields. That may come after some fluffy PR about their oil operations which won't show up in their financials. (I rarely make actual predictions.)
Time will tell.
