yes,just getting the information to my peeps here, first, more detailed info is already avbl. your right i am pretty well surprised, common sense would say yes you need to keep your people at least satisfied if not happy, in order to run a good business (especially front line employees), but we all know corporate america more often than not, typically does just what is legally, minimally required. in this case the raise while it doesn't come close in making up for the numerous double digit pay cuts in the last 14 years let alone inflation, and much of the work rule changes pay for the raises, its a start, a good start. and importantly as a share holder, its good to have these contract concluded. happy holidays and good luck to all
