12:25 ERS Empire Resources: Hearing takeover chatter by RYI going around; $65 mentioned; rumor is UNCONFIRMED (50.31 +2.91)

Note it is unconfirmed and probably NOT true, but stranger things have happened. Still, most "buyout rumor" comments I've seen from TraderInPlay turn out NOT to be the case.
