GNCP - And the market maker responsible for those 9 million entitlements will also short sell to the next buyer in order to close out your IOU's. All he is doing is moving his short interest risk from one retail account to the next. And if the market maker played it right, he opened up the remaining 9 million share position at a price point higher than $0.0001.

The order was not "closed out" its still being executed. Another 9 million is waiting to be sold for another about 50 days.



If not...at least he is making trading fees on a wash.
