You think that spreading your individual ownership of a stock among various entities relieves you of being considered a beneficial owner in the SEC's eyes?
I think you'll find the SEC disagrees.

But it's good to know the 5% is not an error. Another "innocent mistake in the filings" myth debunked. So where did those 300 million shares go? Karra doesn't know, or doesn't want to say?
