Have an idea of what you were getting at- why aren't we running for a penny?

IMHO there is too much indecision right now.
The first wave of buys we are seeing right now, people that don't want to miss the pop and will sell after it starts.
Mike has created a lot of doubt. Hence the larger bid @7, that is the next wave. They won't be attacking the ask until the ground is broke. Most people watching believe that the ink on the paper can be thrown away and will sit back and wait till the forms are put up. When it is 100% evident that it has begun we will see the action you are wanting now. IMHO
