I cannot find the location or address.. I searched several county electrical permit applications and gave up months ago...
I believe the warehouse is not actually in Seattle but in Grant county NE of Seattle where the KWH $ are the cheapest less than.03 per KWH

look at the industrial and large industrial service rates at this link
