How long would one have to wait after the purchase of stock to announce major update or material change as the insiders did so this month?

I suggest we wait until the end of Jan for this BS secrecy to end and if it doesn't call for a change at that point.

He did say this silence would end so wtf are they waiting? At this point I would appreciate an update as they develop and test each effector.
