You are right, it has not been made official and yes, the CEO certainly appears to lack understanding of how pink stocks work and move ( maybe he doesnt care or as someone suggested is waiting until the inside is open and the name change goes into effect.)
He is not the worst I have unfortunately invested in stocks where
the whole thing was a scam, no products, no nothing.

this restaurant has opened and this can be easily verified. It is not officially open per pink stock standards but to negate the fact the business is open and running is incorrect.
