The following image is from a court order filed early in November, 2014. Any guesses as to the 1) name of Plaintiff, and 2) value of the notes being converted into shares of MJNA?
Took some digging, and the links to the full documents, which cost $24, will be released with the article.
As to why I waited so long to report this, MJNA had appealed the ruling, so thought it was wise to wait until it won or lost.
The motion for reconsideration was denied last week.
