How does OIL Down make GOLD Up?


How do you see this equation?...I have bought some OIL stocks on the recent decline and think they will do well over Long term; I believe that GOLD is considerably linked to US Dollar performance; GOLD is doing well considering the Strength US Dollar is having; How high will GOLD climb on US Dollar weakness is my thinking....As for OIL...How to you see the Bullish relationship?
