Not sure as to how any of this is benefitting key shareholders.

What's their long term play?

The market cap is now $380,000

Victor Farias' shares were worth $1,425,000 yesterday
They're worth $190,000 today

Still, he paid $45,000 for the shell

I suspect he would need to file a doc in order to sell all/part of his stake
