On November 19, 2014, Great Plains Holdings, Inc. (“Company”), through its wholly owned subsidiary Ashland Holdings, LLC (“Ashland”), mutually agreed with Marie and Stanley Mitchell, unrelated parties (the “Sellers”) to terminate the previously reported purchase and sale agreement dated October 2, 2014 entered into between Ashland and the Sellers (the “Agreement”). The Agreement was for the purchase of the residential mobile home park located at 1197 Cannon Bridge Rd., Orangeburg, South Carolina 29115. No termination fees were incurred by the Company and it was refunded its $2,500 deposit on the Agreement. GTPH
